It is challenging for you to do focus on the long list. Also, leaving a long-pending to-do list has a negative psychological effect that will prevent you from thoroughly enjoying your leisure time.
If you make a shortlist with priorities, it will be easier to focus on what you need to do. Make sure to give preference when you do your tasks.
Trick: I recommend starting with 3 to 5 assignments for a day. You can quickly finish a small number of functions. That positive feeling can fuel you going forward.
2. USE YOUR MORNING TO FOCUS ON HIGH PRIORITIES
Having a great morning routine can make a difference in being productive, achieving tasks, feeling organized, and doing all of this with confidence. When we complete an essential task, we would feel good physically and mentally.
A solid, consistent morning routine can give us time to practice mindfulness, leading to feelings of greater peace. Feeling productive in our day can give a peaceful evening, and in turn, a good sleep and a refreshed morning the next day.

Mistakes have the power to turn you into something better than you were before.
We all make mistakes, but a few successful people define errors as opportunities to learn and grow. Accepting your mistakes, solving the problem, and make sure that it won’t happen again in the future can strengthen your relationship with others. Without making mistakes, we cannot learn anything. Please focus on the thing that goes wrong, and rectify them. When you make a mistake, it doesn’t define who you are and what’s your worth. Remember, there is no flawless person in this world.
If you do what you did wrong and where you made a mistake, try to discuss with someone else who’s involved or the person you trust the most so that you won’t make the same mistake again.
Trick: Review your progress every day, identify your errors and correct them. Remember that life’s greater lessons are usually learned at the worst times and from the worst mistakes.
5. HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF SELF AWARENESS
Self-Awareness means the reflection of our words and actions. We all get the same 365 days. The only difference is what we do with them.
Time is the most priceless asset to all of us. Everyone has the same schedule, but what matters the most is spending our free time in a day. Make time for what you love and excuses for the things you don’t. Life will be good when you spend time with the people who make your heart happy. Track your time every 30 minutes what you did and ask yourself was it spend worthy?. While tracking your time, try to eliminate distracting elements like watching tv, phone calls, social media, or any other unnecessary notifications.
