Because reading habit helps you improve your memory, expands vocabulary, strengthen your analytical thinking skills, improve your memory, and learn more about the world. It helps to improve your ability to empathize. When you read regularly, it will engage your brain in a workout. It is the positive habit that has life-long impacts on your physical and mental health.

Everyday journal: Journaling is simply expressing your thoughts and emotions out of your mind and writing on a paper, which clears your mind. It helps reduce unnecessary fear and anxiety in your head and makes you more action-oriented. Everyday writing gives structure to your anxious feelings and helps to relax them. You can identify your mistakes and rectify them through journaling. It has the power to heal mental, emotional and physical wounds.
Habit 6:
Visualization: Visualize your ideal life by closing your eyes every day for a few minutes and visualize that you have already achieved your goal. The vital part of this visualization is, you need to use all five senses in that process. Your massive outcome in the inner world will allow the space to achieve the desired objectives.
